Sorry to hear that! To fix this tap the settings gear in the top right corner of your home screen. Then select 'Restore Purchase' from the settings menu options. You may be asked to sign into your iTunes Store account, if that's the case just enter your Apple ID and password. You should then see a pop up telling you your purchase has been successfully restored and your subscription should then activate in ASICS Studio.
